The use of information to engage your clients through a blog or articles.  Many publishing houses sell their pictures, videos, and stories as content to other outlets.  This is an example of content marketing.

How long does SEO results take?

No real SEO expert can give you an exact date for results.  There are so many variables involved in SEO that it would be impossible to give an exact date.  Effective SEO should start showing results within three months, but could take up to six months.

Can you buy a first page rank position on Google?

You can not buy a first page ranking position on any of the top search engines.  They do not sell those positions to any buyers.  You can purchase ad space to show up on the first page of a search query.  The better the ad position the more it will cost.

What are Sales Funnels?

Sales Funnels – Are a process of which you are directing and nurturing leads in to a completed sale.  This can be a series of pages in a website or through your automation processes in your customer relationship management software.  Typically you have quite a few more leads than you have sales and this if illustrated creates a “funnel” like pattern.

What is CRM?

CRM stands for Customer Relationship Management, and that is typically in a software/app format.  The software “Act!” was a widely used CRM prior to the explosion of CRM software companies on the internet.  Many notable names are HubSpot, Salesforce, and Infusionsoft.  These CRM software examples link directly to your forms and create profiles and automation steps for many things from lead nurturing to on-boarding for services you provide.

What is an API?

API stands for Application Program Interface.  APIs are used to tell a program how it can interact.  Many APIs are used when linking multiple applications or coding together.  It bridges the gap for communication.  An example is if you are using Google Analytics or Search Console you need to verify your site in order for them to work.  Google uses a series of keys to communicate back and forth from your site and these are API keys.  Google reads the key and then their platform performs the tasks related to those keys.
